DO IT TOGETHER

Shared list

One list that everyone with the link can add to and tick off, from any phone or computer, without an account.

How does it work?

  1. Name the list and create it.
  2. Send the link to the people who should share it.
  3. Anyone can add an item, tick it off, edit it, move it up or down, or remove it. Everyone’s copy catches up within a few seconds.

What is it good for?

A shopping list the whole house adds to, a packing list for a trip, who brings what to a party, or the jobs left before an event. A list holds up to 300 items.

Who can change the list?

Anyone with the link can change anything on it; that is the point of a shared list. Only you, as the organiser, can close it to further changes or delete it. Share the link only with people you trust with it.

Who can see it?

Only people with the link. The list’s name and every item are encrypted in the browser with a key that is part of the link, so our server stores text it cannot read. A list is deleted automatically 90 days after it was last used, or 30 if you choose, and it loads no ads.
