Kernel IPO

Track upcoming IPOs across the US and India — real price bands and filing dates, a Hype Score per company (built from public SEC/SEBI filing activity), and direct links to check your Indian allotment status on BSE and NSE's own official checkers.

Read an IPO listing before making a decision

Use the company name and issue dates to find the matching offer document. An opening date is the start of an application window, not a listing date. An upcoming issue can change its timetable or price band, so confirm details with the exchange or the company before applying.

Subscription is demand relative to the shares offered in the reported category. For example, bids for two million shares against one million offered represent two times subscription in that category. This is not your probability of allotment and does not predict a listing gain. Category totals, exchange coverage and retrieval times can differ.

The Hype Score is a separate summary of filing and attention signals. Missing source data can leave a company without a score; a missing score is not a negative recommendation. Use the offer document to examine business risks, use of proceeds and financial statements rather than treating a score as an investment decision.

Check application status only on the official exchange or registrar page. Kernel opens external allotment checkers rather than collecting your PAN. Start with NSE issue information or the SEC filing search for the underlying documents.

United States — SEC EDGAR

US listings are requested when this page opens. Use the SEC filing search above if live data is unavailable.

The Hype Score is an attention/sentiment indicator built from public SEC/SEBI filing activity (price-range revisions, amendment count, lead underwriters) — not a prediction of first-day performance or investment advice. Recomputed daily.
India — NSE

Indian issue dates and subscription figures are requested when this page opens. Check NSE directly for current issue information.

Kernel Tools never sees or stores your PAN or application number — the "Check on BSE"/"Check on NSE" links open the exchanges' own official allotment-status pages directly. IPO data is sourced live from NSE; this is informational only, not investment advice.
