Choose the right channel

  1. A bug, a broken tool or a feature idea

    Use the issue form. It asks for a category, the page and what happened, which makes problems much quicker to reproduce and fix. Add an email address if you would like a reply.

    Send an enquiry with your name, email and message. It goes straight to the developer’s inbox.

  3. Advertising on kerneltools.dev

    Sponsor banners are booked and reviewed through the Advertise page, which shows placements, prices and the review process.

  4. Privacy and data requests

    Questions about what is stored, or requests to delete data held for a shared feature, can be emailed to [email protected]. Please include the page or link involved so the right record can be found.

Before you write

  • Most tools run in your browser and never upload your files, so we cannot see or recover a document you processed. Keep your originals.
  • Never send passwords, one-time codes or full identity numbers. We will never ask for them.
  • For help with the browser extension, the Help & Support page answers common setup questions.
  • Calculators give estimates, not financial or tax advice. For a decision about your own money, speak to a qualified adviser.

Response times

Messages are read by one person, usually within a few working days. Bug reports that include the page address, browser and steps to reproduce are handled first.
