PDFs contain fronts followed by matching backs. A4 backs mirror columns for long-edge duplex. Print at actual size and test one sheet; printer alignment varies. Bleed extends the edge colors beyond the trim line without enlarging the card content.

Reuse this company design

Save a design file with branding and layout. Employee details and photos are excluded. The file includes any uploaded company logo and signature.

Create cards for your team

Upload an Excel or CSV file with headings in its first row. Map the employee fields, then apply. Imports replace the current employee list; uploaded photos are matched by employee ID.

Batch import · up to 100 employees

Name each picture after the employee ID, for example EMP-001.jpg. You can adjust the selected employee’s crop using the preview controls.

From a template to a printed office ID

Choose a layout that suits how your team uses its badges. Portrait cards give the photograph more space; landscape cards make names and departments easy to scan. The library includes corporate, creative, technology, contractor, visitor and security styles. All are original starting points, and you can change their branding.

Prepare your employee list

Use a unique employee ID for each person. Import a spreadsheet with column headings, map the fields and check the batch review before printing. Dates and QR content are optional. Add photographs individually or select a group of files named after their employee IDs. Files are read on your device and are not uploaded.

Check both sides

Use the front and back controls to review your design. Keep names readable, check photo crops and use short return instructions. A QR code stores the content you supply; it does not automatically verify identity or grant building access. RFID encoding and access-system enrollment are handled by your card provider or office security system.

Print a sample first

Download a selected employee PDF for a card printer, or A4 sheets for a paper proof. Print at 100% scale with fit-to-page disabled. Check physical size, photo quality, code scanning and duplex alignment on a sample before producing the batch. A4 back pages mirror columns for long-edge duplex printing. Ask your print provider which file dimensions and trim allowance they require.

Save the design for future employees

Download your company design file and reopen it when onboarding another employee. It contains the layout and company artwork, including a signature if you added one; it excludes the employee list and portraits. Keep exported cards and company assets in a location appropriate for your organization. Closing or reloading this page clears unsaved work.
